Overview of the Job: Optimize consumer demand & supply to serve consumer and drive profitable growth and inventory productivity for digital platform
Build seasonal product investment plan & strategies for retail concepts that tie to the financial targets & brand vision. Play a critical role in cross-function conversations to ensure the team adapt to retail speed & support Nike Strategy.

Pre season planning:1. Digital platform long range strategic planning including AOP & CSR, and provide detail target breakdown;
2. Take part in key commercial initiatives/ projects investment and build budget planning for business case
In season planning:Inseason commercial KPI tracking, provide monthly rolling fcst and provide insights for risk& opportunity management In charge of platform key moment product structure plan and MD assumption Select product list for different platform and KOL livestream based on mechanism to maximize revenue opportunity Read & react for key moment performance vs plan, and take quick actions to make sure target achievement Vendor management for BZ product team
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
Buying, Planning, Assortment Planning experience with apparel / footwear in Digital preferred Comprehensive understanding of retail mathExperience in developing an understanding of consumers, competitors, and retail trendsAbility to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the businessAdvanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in ExcelProduct KnowledgeFluent in Chinese & EnglishBachelor degree or aboveExperience Required (Soft skills):
