What you’ll doAs a Lead, Digital Commercial in our Digital Channels Tribe, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic commercial initiatives that drive performance across our digital squads.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners and Chapter Leads to align priorities, define roadmaps, and ensure that every initiative supports our broader business goals. From designing and implementing commercial strategies to monitoring KPIs and optimizing processes, you’ll be the go-to expert for translating business needs into impactful digital solutions. You’ll also lead campaign execution, support backlog planning, and ensure that all deliverables are aligned with sprint and quarterly objectives.Your insights will help steer the team through challenges, while your leadership will inspire a culture of continuous improvement and commercial excellence. Who you are A strategic thinker with a university degree and strong commercial acumenProven experience in marketing, digital strategy, or commercial roles, ideally in a fast-paced environmentStrong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesConfident in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencingComfortable working independently and managing multiple prioritiesFluent in English and proficient in MS OfficeFamiliar with martech and analytics tools, with a data-driven mindsetAdaptable, stress-resilient, and committed to continuous learningA team player who leads by example and supports others in achieving shared goalsNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
