The PositionThe Opportunity:
Reporting to the Head, Innovation Solutions and Consulting, Singapore, the Diagnostic Insights Solutions Lead is a key driver of Roche Diagnostics' digital vision. This role is responsible for establishing Roche Diagnostics as the leading and most trusted partner for Diagnostics Insights Solutions in Singapore. You will act as the primary owner of our diagnostics insights portfolio, ensuring they not only meet but exceed the evolving needs of the local healthcare ecosystem.
As the Lead, Diagnostics Insights Solutions, you are responsible for:-
Local Market Strategy & Product Positioning - Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for digital healthcare diagnostics solutions in Singapore, aligning global product offerings with local market needs, healthcare policies, and digital health initiatives (e.g., Healthier SG, NHIC, Synapxe).
Solution Lifecycle Management - Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products (from ideation, validation, and deployment to post-launch support) ensuring timely updates, local compliance, and high customer satisfaction.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement - Engaging key stakeholders across public and private sectors (lab managers, CIO offices, Synapxe) to gather insights and translate needs into product requirements and priorities.
Sales & Commercial Support - Partner with the commercial team to support pre-sales activities, customer presentations, value propositions, and tender submissions. Provide training, messaging, and demos that clearly articulate clinical and operational value
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with APAC/global product teams, the local implementation team, and regulatory colleagues to feed back on market requirements and align on the roadmap, ensuring product readiness for deployment in Singapore. Drive internal capability development by facilitating knowledge sharing, training sessions, and cross-functional collaboration to build local teams' readiness and confidence in supporting digital solutions.
Localization & Regulatory Alignment - Ensure digital solutions meet Singapore’s data governance, cybersecurity, and interoperability requirements (e.g., MOH, PDPA, H-Cloud). Support localization needs including integration with EPIC and national health IT platforms.
Product Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement - Monitor product performance, usage, customer feedback, and revenue KPIs within the local context. Identify opportunities to expand solution offerings, improve the customer experience, and influence product enhancements or new developments based on market insight.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's or Master Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications in relevant areas such as product management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum), data privacy (e.g., PDPA), or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP) are a plus.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in digital health, healthcare IT, or diagnostics technology, preferably within the Singapore healthcare ecosystem.
Hands-on experience managing the lifecycle of digital or software-based solutions, from design through deployment and support.
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (e.g., LIS, EMR, EPIC) and integration standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, APIs).
Experience working with public and private healthcare stakeholders (e.g., Synapxe, MOH, NHIC) and navigating local regulatory environments (e.g., H-Cloud, PDPA compliance).
Proven ability to translate user needs into technical requirements and align solutions with IT infrastructure and policy requirements.
Skills:
Strong understanding of software development processes, data governance, interoperability, and cybersecurity in healthcare.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Proficiency in analyzing product performance metrics and deriving insights for continuous improvement
Ability to deliver training, demos, and messaging that clearly convey the value of complex digital solutions.
