They anticipate challenges, solve with precision, and energize others through their drive for continuous improvement. **Required Qualifications** + Open to work in Vietnam + Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing with emphasis on automation and digitization + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. + Experience with General Sewing Data (GSD), capacity planning, and leading engineering teams + Background in automation technologies, software for manufacturing systems, and digitization initiatives; project management experience preferred **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** You’ll lead the strategy and execution of automation and digitization solutions across Nike’s global manufacturing network.
