Job Description

- Identify and analyze customer requirement in regard to technical specification and commercial conditions for both acquisition & customer projects.

- Define clear strategy & measure for acquisition projects and close follow up

- Preparation of quotations w./ good quality and on time

- ldentify measures to maintain customer satisfaction

- Monitor customer demand & delivery stauts, avoid AR via close tracking on invoice booking & payment

- Cross function in sales organization if being assigned

- Working with various professionals in different fields of engineering and manufacturing to go from concept to finished product

- Promote LD eAxle product at customer w./ highlighted Bosch USP systematic way

- Responsible for internal and external regularly project meetings

- Developing the project plans and managing the project schedule

-Managing the project w./ KPI on time & on Spec. & on budget

- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Management, or related fields (preferred)5+ years project management experience in automotive components industryFamiliar with OEM project management processes & delivery models (e.g., BYD, Geely, Xiaomi, VW, Toyota)Proficient in lifecycle methodologies (APQP, PPAP, PMP framework) with extensive client communication and cross-functional collaboration experienceNEV project experience preferred, particularly in 3-electric systems (drive motor, battery pack, electronic control)Strong team leadership, organizational coordination, and conflict resolution skills with proven ability to drive outcomes under pressureProactive mindset with aggressive execution capabilities, demonstrating "go-getter" spiritBusiness fluency in English (both verbal and written)
