Position Summary:
As a member of the Client and Network Pricing Team you will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of drug pricing initiatives aimed at driving efficient pricing to our members. Will be responsible for leading pricing solutions in the Health Plan segment, encompassing Commercial, Medicaid, Med D, and other Lines of Business. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Leading a segment of the Client and Network Pricing team, including oversight and ownership of a segment of the Caremark P&L, with >$10 billion in revenue accountabilityDeveloping accurate and efficient pricing for Caremark PBM customersManages the performance of network providers, including tracking key performance indicators, analyzing provider performance data, and implementing performance improvement initiatives.Collaborating with Sales and Financial partners to solve complex contractual problemsDevelop a core understanding of drug pricing, underwriting, network pharmacy performance, and PBM operationsIdentifying opportunities for process improvements with a cross-functional teamCreating clear and reliable financial performance statements, and partnering with finance operations to forecast performance


To be successful, you will work to optimize prices, develop financial forecasts, and compile profitability statements. You will collaborate with business partners from Sales, Analytics, Finance, Underwriting, and operational teams. You will lead a team of financial and analytics professionals to deploy advanced methods. Your experience will include translating business needs into analytic problems, and working with various technical teams to solve them.

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

10+ years work experience in underwriting, network provider relations, finance or analytics.1+ year experience in healthcare, pharmacy or PBM.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
