Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Location: Lafayette, IN Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 40 hours/week Specialty: Therapy Patient Ratio: 1:12 Pay- $43-$47/hour Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated LCSW or LSW to join our team in Lafayette. This role focuses on providing high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate has prior experience delivering therapeutic services and is committed to supporting patients through compassionate, structured clinical care. Qualifications + Required: Active LCSW or LSW license in the state of Indiana. + Required: Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting. + Required Certifications: HWC, CPR, IN state license + Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to build rapport with diverse populations. + Ability to maintain timely, organized, and compliant documentation.
