Job Summary:

The individual will communicate across departmental groups to track incoming and ongoing project timelines and volume of work to create and maintain a laboratory schedule to complete the needed work.

Essential Job Duties:

This position works within STEP to gather information for studies to populate lab schedules to meet deadlines for data due for downstream processes.Populate STEP with the scheduled in - lab start dates and analysis assigned to the work.Work closely with PM/operations supervisors/analysts to make update the Lab Schedule in real time to reflect changes when needed to fit in urgent or repeat analysis within deadlines to support reporting Collaborate closely with the Project Managers and attend all weekly POD meetings for each group to understand timelines and needs for scheduling.Work closely with the supervisors and Trainer to ensure chemist skill set is aligned with the work scheduled with themParticipate in the transition from the current Excel based format to a Power BI Gantt format of the schedule based on STEP.Excellent communication and organizational management techniques using multiple formats: excel, STEP, email, Teams, etc.Future duties to include MS Schedule and coordinating with MD/MV (e.g., attending weekly meeting to help understand their MS priorities).

Experience:

Minimum Required:

BS/BA degree in science / business preferred. Relevant experience may be substituted education.Advanced knowledge of computers and programs.Concise and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
