Job Description:

The Medical Lay-up Technician prepares and assembles components for the lay-up of X-Ray tables. Failure to perform satisfactorily may result in scrap, rework, delay, dissatisfied customers and added cost to the organization.

Responsibilities:

Prepare foam for lay-up as specified on the travelerAssemble foam and components assuring that fit and function meet requirementsAssemble composite tables using adhesives and other methods

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

be able to life up to 50lbsSit or stand for 8 hours

Skills:

Pays attention to detail.Good communication skills Independently motivated and organized.Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (anything over requires 2 people or lift device).Must be able to stand for entire shift (except during break time)

Related Experience: Assembler, Manufacturing Technician, Entry-Level Position Production Worker, Hands-On Experience
