Your key responsibilities

Preparing analyses and opinions in various areas of law; in particular, corporate and commercial, competition, financial, pharmaceutical and labor law Participating in preparation of client transactions and subsequent preparation of implementation and other documents, as required Cooperating with colleagues from other services lines and countries in preparing joint projects, often for major international and Slovak companies Monitoring legal news and changes and assessing their potential impact on clients of our law firm Engaging in continuous learning not only in law, but also in other advisory-related areas, through internal or external training and cooperation with more experienced colleagues

Skills and attributes for success

• Master’s degree in law
• Previous work experience is not required, but is considered an advantage
• Fluent in Slovak and English
• PC literacy (advanced in both MS Office and MS Excel)
• Strong communication skills and effective time management
• Interest in participating in client engagements and contributing innovative ideas
• Initiative and enthusiasm
• Team player with a desire to grow professionally and pursue continuous learning
