As our new Colleague, you will: 

Deal with wide range of regulatory issues for financial service clients: banks, e-money institutions, payment institutions, investment funds, Fintech companies and others  

Take part in multidisciplinary international projects for large financial institutions across different countries 

Contribute to development of financial service risk, regulatory, compliance and legal practice within PwC Lithuania   

Assist clients with complex regulatory matters (licensing, regulatory compliance, business financing and other) 

You are our perfect candidate if you: 

Have at least 3-5  years of legal practice (experience in a law firm would be a strong advantage) 

Have a background or strong understanding within financial service regulatory, risk management and compliance areas (experience in Banking and Finance law or corporate law shall be considered an advantage) 

Have a law degree (preferred), but business management, economics or similar fields are also considered. 

Have excellent drafting skills 

Are proficient in Lithuanian and English languages 

Have a proactive approach in teamwork, reliability, and responsiveness 

Have strong drive and time management, ability to decide and prioritize independently 

Our offer: 

The monthly gross salary for this position ranges from 3000 EUR to 5000 EUR, plus performance-based bonuses.
