Job DescriptionIndependent administrative management of the national and international IP portfolio (patents, utility models, designs, and trademarks)Supporting the internal patent coordinatorMaintaining and managing intellectual property files in IP management softwareCorresponding with external patent law firms and, if applicable, authoritiesSupporting the determination of inventor remunerationPreparation of reports and overviews for managementRespects the confidentiality of information he/she has access to inside the OESLRespects Internal Regulations and company's procedures and fosters execution discipline of such

QualificationsCompleted training as a patent attorney assistant or comparable qualification in the field of IP managementSeveral years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an industrial companyConfident use of IP management software (e.g., Genese, PatOrg, DIAMS, IP Now, or similar)Project & process experienceBusiness-driven problem-solving skillsIndependent, structured, and reliable working styleExposure to international work content in previous rolesIntercultural competenceTeamwork and strong communication skillsIntellectual property administration knowledgeGerman and English skills with emphasis on IP terminologyAbility to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously MS Office skills
