As Jackson’s largest venue, Snow King Resort Hotel offers over 20,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor function space. Featuring 203 guest rooms and vacation luxury condo rentals. Overview The Laundry Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laundry department to ensure a consistent supply of clean, high-quality linens and guest items. This position ensures standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency are maintained while supervising, training, and motivating the laundry team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise laundry staff, assign daily duties, and monitor workflow. Ensure all linens, towels, and guest laundry are processed according to property standards. Inspect finished laundry for quality control and adherence to cleanliness standards. Maintain and operate laundry equipment safely; coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed. Monitor and maintain par levels of linen and laundry supplies; submit requisitions when necessary. Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure efficient and effective performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation policies. Schedule staff to meet business demands while controlling labor costs. Assist with inventory counts and reports. Address guest or internal department laundry concerns promptly and professionally. Foster a positive and productive work environment that supports employee engagement. Qualifications Previous experience in laundry operations; supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and proper chemical usage. Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
