We’re looking for a **Laundry Supervisor** who will oversee daily laundry operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and lead the team to deliver exceptional service in a world-class 5-star hotel environment. **A little taste of your day-to-day:** Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Supervising the daily operations of the laundry department, including sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding linen, uniforms, and guest items. Ensuring all laundry processes meet hotel quality and hygiene standards. Managing and motivating the laundry team to achieve productivity and quality targets. Coordinating with Housekeeping and other departments to meet linen and uniform demands. Monitoring laundry chemicals, supplies, and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels. Conducting regular inspections of laundry equipment and arranging maintenance when needed. Training staff in proper laundry techniques, safety procedures, and equipment handling. Handling guest laundry requests promptly and ensuring personalized service. Maintaining accurate records of laundry operations, costs, and inventories. **What we need from you:** **Minimum 2–3 years of laundry operations experience in a 5-star hotel environment** , with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of different fabrics, stain treatments, and laundry equipment operations. Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
