The Role

The Laundry Manager will be responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Laundry Department within the Rooms Division.

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing the laundry department's daily operations

· Managing the department's budget control the expenditure.

· Have a complete knowledge of all areas in the laundry operation; washing, spotting, dry-cleaning, and pressing.

· Manage the laundry training, and monitoring the quality of the laundry and quantities.

· Maintain the highest standards when handling guest laundry / dry cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction.
