Located among the world’s premier cities and resort destinations, each custom-designed Park Hyatt hotel combines distinct regional character with elegant brand touches. **The Role** You will join a fun, hardworking and energetic housekeeping team who are responsible for ensuring all hotel linen, employee uniforms and guest items are in good repair. **Day to Day** + To provide a professional and courteous service at all times + To count and check that Guest Laundry and Dry Cleaning items correspond with the completed Laundry & Dry Cleaning docket + To liaise with Laundry Service Provider in relation of Laundry and Dry Cleaning procedures + To efficient use of washing machines and dryers to launder guest items and staff uniform + To perform handwashing of delicate or specialty items when necessary, ensuring careful handling and proper cleaning + To allocate uniforms to new employee and to inspect all uniforms to ensure they are maintained in good repair. + To Inspect all uniforms to ensure they are in good order and are maintained in good repair, ensuring hems, zippers, buttons and any other repairs are attended to. **Qualifications:** + A good understanding of English so that you can communicate with each other and our Guests. + Not have any issues bending, lifting and walking for long periods. + Be flexible enough so that you can work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. + **Must already have a valid visa to work in Australia.** **This is your chance to work with exclusive clientele at a luxury hotel like no other.
