Job description Protects company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensures uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional, and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. Supports all co-workers and treats them with dignity and respect. Inspects linen and terry for damage and removes them from circulation as necessary. Separates soiled articles (e.g., linen, terry, and clothing) based on color, fabric, and cleaning technique requirements prior to washing or dry cleaning. Maintains accurate records of items washed, number of loads, and poundage of dry cleaning and laundry. Transports cart of washed articles to dryers and places them in dryers according to load size. Participates in activities to protect biological diversity and shares individual responsibilities to increase environmental knowledge and carry out necessary training. Implements responsibilities to minimize consumption of supplies and equipment such as paper and printed materials. Ensures proper waste elimination and collection to reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects. Handles chemicals safely by carrying, storing, and using them in accordance with laws, controlling and reducing chemical contamination. Fulfills all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities. Performs other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description. Qualifications Education: At least a primary school or vocational diploma. Experience: At least one year of experience in the related field. Foreign language: Not expected. Courses and training: Prior attendance in courses and seminars in the related field. Computer literacy: Not expected. Skills: Adaptability/flexibility, stress tolerance. Additional information
