Launch Readiness Manager

As the Launch Readiness Manager, you will work as part of our global team to ensure service readiness for new launches. You will act as the primary project leader responsible for driving the planning, coordination, and execution of first of kind early‑adopter initiatives that activate new products, services, and features for our customers. You will ensure each launch is executed effectively by aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and strengthening processes. Partnering closely with business and regional teams, you will oversee structured project execution and accelerate issue resolution for new product introductions.
**Your role:**
+ Process and program development for first‑mover activation and support. Coordinate and support cross‑functional teams implementing new products, features, and capabilities across global markets.
+ Capture feedback from installations, training, and project activities to drive continuous process improvements. Update best practices to strengthen future first of kind execution.
+ Align and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure unified and effective launch execution. Oversee resource allocation to make sure all teams are prepared for impactful launches.
+ Partner with our Böblingen‑located launch manager and regional teams to support readiness efforts leveraging your co-location within the region. Ensure coordinated planning and smooth execution across regional stakeholders.

+ You bring 2+ years of hands‑on experience in project management, implementation, service delivery, or service operations, with a proven ability to drive structured execution.
+ You excel in stakeholder management, communicating clearly, facilitating alignment, and guiding cross‑functional teams toward shared outcomes.
+ You operate with a customer‑centric mindset, consistently anticipating needs and ensuring solutions deliver meaningful impact.
+ You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or related field or 6+ years of experience in a similar role.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $100,380 to $160,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
