As Launch Engine Program Manager within our Digital Manufacturing & Supply organization, you'll lead our strategic Launch Engine Program to enable 3-5 new product launches annually across various modalities. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

Lead the Launch Engine Program execution, including LEDP (3DX Dassault Platform) foundations and associated Digital Products

Manage program planning, budget, staffing, and risk mitigation strategies

Define and maintain roadmap of connected projects to achieve strategic objectives

Drive stakeholder alignment and manage relationships with program teams and vendors

Ensure business value delivery from design to implementation

Oversee program performance, resource optimization, and crisis management

Lead the Launch Engine catalogue management and continuous improvement

About you

Experience:

10+ years experience, including 5+ years managing people

Proven program management experience in global, matrix environments

Experience in biopharma/biotech industry preferred

Soft and technical skills:

Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and agile methodologies

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Solid understanding of GxP regulations and compliance requirements

Education:

Master's degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field

Languages:

Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication abilities
