Lauder Summer 2026 Intern, Marketing & Portfolio Strategy
**Description** The Portfolio Strategy Intern will support the North America Portfolio Strategy team in advancing strategic projects across brands and functions. This role offers exposure to high-level strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to learn how portfolio decisions are made at a leading global beauty company. The intern will assist with research, analysis, and presentation preparation, gaining hands-on experience in portfolio strategy while contributing to meaningful business initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** + Assist team with preparing materials and developing insights for the North America strategy presentations. + Contribute to monthly and quarterly Market Insights decks by gathering and synthesizing data, drafting preliminary commentary and highlighting key performance trends. + Support special projects focused on brand and competitor deep dives to help inform and shape North America strategy + Join cross-functional meetings and take notes to capture insights, ensuring alignment across teams. **Qualifications** + Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and identify insights. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a collaborative environment. + Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn about beauty industry strategy.
