The 10 Week Estee Lauder Engineering, Packaging and R&D Intern Program blends an extensive overview of the cosmetic industry with real world experience. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects that will support the team in reaching established goals and objectives directly relating to the success of the business. This analytical research position works on setting raw material specifications through analytical testing, tests new ingredients coming through the innovation pipeline to ensure they comply with corporate and global regulatory requirements. This testing includes standard test methods and evaluation of physical attributes of raw materials that requires the ability to make decisions on subjective tests (color, odor and appearance).
