Required in-office 2 days per week on Wednesday & Friday
Monday – Thursday: 12:30pm - 9:00pm ET
Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm ET
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm ET (approximately 1-2 per month)

Our Late-Stage Collections Specialists engage with business clients via phone to resolve account delinquencies, provide professional guidance, and solutions-oriented service.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients primarily by phone to help resolve account delinquenciesProvide courteous and effective service, offering solutions to bring accounts currentHandle high transaction volumes accurately and efficientlyMeet established production goals and deadlinesManage and diffuse challenging client situations independentlyCollaborate as part of a team and assist in training new staff as neededMinimum Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalentMinimum 1 year of customer service experience requiredStrong negotiation skills and communication skills to highlight the benefits of customers paying their debtAbility to follow a schedule that is set by management for breaks and lunches and to limit time away from the phones when scheduledExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in handling pressure and meeting deadlinesAnalytical skills for research and problem solvingExceptional attention to detailDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks accuratelyPrevious experience training or mentoring othersAdaptability to changing environmentsCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $20.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
