**Your role:**
As a LATAM Total Rewards Intern, you will support the regional Rewards team in key activities related to **Benefits communication** , **engagement campaigns** , and **execution of end-to-end communication strategies** across the region. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in **Total Rewards** , the **People Function** , and **Internal Communications** , ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery of information to employees.
Additionally, you will help manage **regional benefits vendors** , including **Discount Platform** , **Wellhub** , and **Employee Assistance Program (EAP)** partners, supporting ongoing operations and ensuring a positive employee experience.

+ **Proficiency in Microsoft Office** (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
