This role partners closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Pricing, Finance and Global teams to define go to market strategies, portfolio priorities, pricing frameworks and communication plans that drive sustainable growth and market leadership. This position requires strong leadership by influence, deep understanding of the aesthetic and reconstructive market dynamics and the ability to translate strategy into flawless execution across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership and Commercial Strategy • Lead the development of the LATAM marketing strategy for the Aesthetics and Reconstruction portfolio in close collaboration with regional Sales leadership. • Define go to market strategies, portfolio prioritization, product positioning and pricing recommendations aligned with regional and global objectives. • Provide strategic input on new product launches, lifecycle management and portfolio optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Lead by influence and partner with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Pricing, Finance and Global teams to ensure execution of approved strategies. • Align regional plans with global frameworks while adapting execution to local market realities. Marketing Execution and Demand Generation • Own the planning, development and execution of regional marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives. • Lead the definition, planning and execution of regional and local events in collaboration with internal support areas and external agencies. • Oversee digital marketing strategies, content development and social media initiatives aligned with corporate guidelines. Healthcare Professional and Society Engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and medical societies across Latin America. • Partner with Medical Education and PROFED programs to ensure aligned and compliant engagement strategies. Sales Enablement and Market Intelligence • Work closely with country Sales teams to ensure alignment, adoption and execution of marketing strategies. • Monitor competitive activity, market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and adjustments. • Translate market intelligence into actionable plans that improve performance and competitiveness. Team Leadership and Governance • Lead, develop and manage a regional marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance. • Ensure effective performance management, resource allocation and budget control. • Embed Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into decision making and daily execution. Travel and Regional Engagement • This role requires regular travel across Latin America to support execution, customer engagement and cross-functional alignment. **Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred. • 8+ years of experience in marketing roles within medical devices in aesthetics, preferably in regional or multinational environments. • Proven experience leading regional strategies and working in complex, matrix organizations. • Strong strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in digital marketing, events and healthcare professional engagement. • Fluency in English and Portuguese required.
