Latam Lead of Workspace & Operations Manager

What this job involves:

 This position represents JLL's most strategic leadership role within a premier enterprise client partnership, orchestrating complex multi-country operations spanning 5+ Latin American markets with 50+ team members. As the primary architect of JLL's value proposition to a leading technology company, you'll seamlessly integrate operational excellence, financial stewardship, and transformational workplace experiences across the region. This executive role demands strategic vision and operational mastery while navigating the cultural complexity and growth dynamics inherent to Latin American markets, positioning JLL as an indispensable business partner.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

 • Serve as JLL's senior representative to client leadership across LATAM, driving strategic alignment and partnership expansion through C-suite business reviews

• Lead and develop a diverse team of 50+ professionals across operations, finance, and experience functions while establishing unified regional standards

• Own P&L responsibility for the strategic client regional portfolio, ensuring profitable growth and optimal resource allocation through rigorous financial governance

• Establish and maintain best-in-class operational standards across all LATAM facilities while implementing technology solutions and process innovations

• Lead expansion into new LATAM markets as the client grows, developing local market entry strategies that respect cultural dynamics

• Champion organizational capability development through learning programs, DEI initiatives, and change management strategies

• Navigate crisis management and business continuity initiatives while ensuring compliance with local regulations across all markets

Required Qualifications:

 • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA strongly preferred

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities management, operations, or client services with P&L responsibility

• Proven track record leading large, multi-functional teams (50+ employees) across multiple countries or regions

• Deep expertise in facilities management, service delivery, and operational optimization in corporate environments

• Strong financial leadership capabilities including P&L management, budgeting, and financial governance

• Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred

• Extensive experience in Latin American markets with deep understanding of cultural nuances and regulatory environments

Preferred Qualifications:

 • Previous experience in technology sector or high-growth client environments

• Proven track record in strategic partnership development and client relationship management at C-suite level

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and workplace innovation programs

• Knowledge of real estate, facilities management, or professional services industry best practices

• Certification in project management (PMP) or change management methodologies

• Experience with matrix organization leadership and cross-functional team coordination

• Track record of successful market expansion and new business development in emerging markets
