**About the Role:**
Reporting to the **Global** **IT Director** , the **Latam ERP & Applications Manager** is responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and continuously improving ChemTreat’s ERP landscape across Latin America—including JDEdwards (Colombia), iNet & Plataforma (Chile), and TOTVS (Brazil).
This leader drives system reliability, technology adoption, cross-functional collaboration, and digital capability growth across the region, ensuring our teams have the tools and support they need to operate effectively and scale.
This position is part of the Latin America IT team, located in Tocancipá, Colombia,and will be hybrid.
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
· Overseeing all aspects of ERP system operations, enhancements, and updates across Latam.
· Leading regional ERP and finance application support teams, including resource planning, change management, and training.
· Collaborating with internal and external IT groups, Veralto partners, and business stakeholders to support rollouts and adoption of new tools and solutions.
· Driving the use of productivity and collaboration tools such as MS Office 365, SharePoint, CoPilot, and MS Teams.
· Mentoring team members and contributing to the IT Leadership Team to elevate technical capabilities across the region.
· Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in applications, processes, and support models.
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or 5+ years of experience leading IT applications and ERP functions.
· 5–7 years of experience in Information Technology with demonstrated expertise in ERP systems (implementation, enhancement, and maintenance).
· Proven experience managing ERP applications such as JDEdwards, TOTVS, or similar systems.
· Experience leading application support teams and managing complete application lifecycles.
· Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences across multiple countries.
· Strong capability in change management, training, and cross-functional coordination.
· Bilingual **Spanish/English** required.
