Job Description:

You will Operate a TRUMPF TRUDISK CNC Laser Cutting Table as will as TRUMPF TRUTOPS Boost software for programming our 1030 6kW* machine. 

Responsibilities:

 Operate laser cutting machines with precision to ensure accurate cuts and quality output. Inspect and document First Piece and intermittent inspections during production runs.Manage raw material inventory (receiving and cycle counts). Coordinate with Planner and Engineering for materials needed for the job.Conduct quality inspections using tools such as micrometers and calipers.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.Program (TRUTOPS BOOST), set up, operate, and tear down machine according to production requirements.Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed. C

Education: High School

High school diploma/GED or graduation from a certified technical school C

Experience: 60 months

You will have:  High school diploma/GED or graduation from a certified technical school, or proven work history in a production environment, with five (5) or more years related experience.Minimum one year of experience programming and operating Trumpf Trudisk Laser and TRUTOPS software. 

Skills:

Experience operating forklifts for loading sheets/plates.Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.Familiarity with quality inspection processes and standards in manufacturing environments.Strong mechanical ability.High attention to detail, and be a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills
