We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Large Enterprise Internal Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales Team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with field sales and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Manage and grow relationships with existing Large Enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Work in close partnership with Field Account Managers to deliver aligned, end-to-end account strategies.
Identify and develop opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across Lenovo’s full portfolio.
Configure, price, and negotiate customized solutions based on client needs and business outcomes.
Drive proactive engagement through regular outreach, virtual meetings, and account updates.
Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales activities in MS Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
Participate in weekly forecasts and internal reporting to support planning and accountability.
Contribute to team success by collaborating on sales strategies and supporting group targets.
QualificationsProven experience in internal or inside sales, ideally within the Large Enterprise or Public Sector.
Strong knowledge of B2B tech solutions, ideally including Lenovo products and services.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
Experience with CRM platforms, particularly MS Dynamics or equivalent tools.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to craft and present compelling proposals.
Collaborative mindset, able to thrive in a team-driven and fast-paced environment.
Based in or able to commute to Farnborough, with flexibility for hybrid working (3 days in-office).
