**Description and Requirements**
We are seeking a motivated and career-driven **Large Enterprise Internal Sales Representative** to join our Inside Sales Team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with field sales and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Manage and grow relationships** with existing Large Enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
+ **Work in close partnership** with Field Account Managers to deliver aligned, end-to-end account strategies.
+ **Identify and develop opportunities** for upselling and cross-selling across Lenovo’s full portfolio.
+ **Configure, price, and negotiate** customized solutions based on client needs and business outcomes.
+ **Drive proactive engagement** through regular outreach, virtual meetings, and account updates.
+ **Maintain accurate pipeline data** and sales activities in MS Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
+ **Participate in weekly forecasts** and internal reporting to support planning and accountability.
+ **Contribute to team success** by collaborating on sales strategies and supporting group targets.
**Qualifications**
+ **Proven experience** in internal or inside sales, ideally within the Large Enterprise or Public Sector.
+ **Strong knowledge of B2B tech solutions** , ideally including Lenovo products and services.
+ **Excellent communication skills** , with the ability to build rapport across multiple stakeholders.
+ **Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets** in a quota-carrying role.
+ **Experience with CRM platforms** , particularly MS Dynamics or equivalent tools.
+ **Strong commercial acumen** , with the ability to craft and present compelling proposals.
+ **Collaborative mindset** , able to thrive in a team-driven and fast-paced environment.
+ **Based in or able to commute to Farnborough** , with flexibility for hybrid working (3 days in-office).
