The Landscaping Technician will assist in maintaining the grounds and overall appearance of U-Haul Moving Centers, Storage Centers, and other U-Haul facilities within a designated geographic area. This role is essential in ensuring all properties are clean, safe, and visually appealing for customers and staff. Key Responsibilities: + Perform landscaping maintenance across multiple U-Haul locations + Operate power and hand tools for routine and repetitive tasks + Maintain lawns, shrubs, and general outdoor areas surrounding facilities + Ensure all landscaping work meets company standards + Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment and vehicles Requirements: + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record + Ability to safely operate commercial motor vehicles + Compliance with all local, state, and federal driving regulations + Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education/Training: + High School Diploma or equivalent required Work Environment:This position involves moderate risks and requires adherence to safety precautions.
