Duties and Responsibilities As Landscaping Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: • Keep abreast of industry trends and practices and update knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering. • Focus on the rejuvenation of the department. • Ensure that products and services will be constantly assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices. • Manage the day-to-day operations’ of landscaping team and areas. • Responsible for up keeping and care of all the exterior and garden areas. It may include vegetable gardens or mushroom huts or any other facility affecting the landscaping. • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene. • Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements. • Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition. • Attend meetings and training as required. • Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.
