Job Title:
Landscaping Foreman
Pay: 28-35/hr
Description:
Seeking a Landscaping Foreman for commercial accounts. Candidate would be responsible for overseeing and directing landscape projects from start to finish. This role involves planning, scheduling, and executing various landscaping tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
•\tManage 3-4 crew members and complete jobs on schedule with a high level of craftsmanship
•\tOversee project scheduling, daily operations, and crew assignments
•\tPerform hands-on landscape tasks, including grading, planting, and hardscaping
•\tTrain new hires techniques, and equipment
•\tCommunicate with client, and vendors
•\tPreventative maintenance on equipment
Skills & Qualifications:
•\t5 years total doing landscape projects, 2 years as a foreman.
•\tExperience leading landscaping crews, and performing landscaping duties such as planting, patios, retaining walls, and sod
•\tAbility to read scaled drawings measure accurately, caluclate materials, and operate heavy equipment (e.g., truck with trailer, skid loader, mini excavator)
•\tClean driving record to operate company vehicle
•\tCommunication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors
•\tAbility to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
