What You'll Be Leading:Your long-term vision will be put to work as you take full ownership of our commercial landscape maintenance operations. You will be responsible for:
Mentoring a High-Performing Team: You will lead, hire, and train foremen and crews, building a team that is consistent, efficient, and dedicated to delivering the highest quality work. Strategic Planning and Oversight: Use your experience to map out jobs, create robust systems, and optimize work orders and employee schedules to ensure seamless, long-term operations. Managing Resources and Logistics: Take charge of vehicle and equipment servicing, inventory management, and overall shop organization to keep the entire operation running smoothly. You have extensive experience in commercial landscape maintenance. Your track record speaks for itself. You are a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can take ownership of a large-scale operation. You have a minimum of a two-year degree or at least three years of hands-on experience in landscape maintenance. You hold a valid driver's license and meet our company's driving standards.
