The Landscape Inspector will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting landscaping works within road and infrastructure projects to ensure proper execution, compliance with design specifications, environmental standards, and quality requirements.
Your roleInspect landscaping works including planting, irrigation, and soil preparation.Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and environmental standards.Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation of plants, turf, and landscape features.Monitor adherence to safety and sustainability practices.Review and validate contractor work, materials, and equipment used in landscaping.Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and documentation for project records.Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with engineers, irrigation specialists, and contractors to resolve technical issues.Ensure timely completion of landscaping works in line with project schedules.Support testing, commissioning, and handover of landscape areas.About youDiploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in landscape inspection within road and infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, irrigation systems, and plant care.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and landscape design software.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and landscape specifications.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Knowledge of sustainable landscaping and environmental practices.Familiarity with testing and commissioning procedures for irrigation and planting.Effective time management to handle multiple inspections and deadlines.Rewards & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
