**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Landscape Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Landscape Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of landscape installations across various projects in the region.
+ Conduct regular field inspections of landscape installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and local regulations
+ Identify and classify plants, verifying compliance with established grades and standards for nursery plants
+ Perform soil analysis and provide recommendations for soil amendments to optimize plant growth
+ Monitor and document the progress of landscape projects, maintaining detailed inspection records
+ Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to address issues and ensure timely project completion
+ Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, including photographic documentation and recommendations for corrective actions
+ Participate in pre-construction meetings to review landscape plans and address potential issues
+ Assist in developing and implementing maintenance plans for newly installed landscapes
+ Conduct final inspections and contribute to the creation of punch lists
+ Stay updated on local landscaping practices and regulations, adapting to the unique climate conditions of Riyadh
**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma plus a minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape inspection or related field, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites
+ Extensive knowledge of plant identification, classification, and nursery plant standards
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting landscape plans and contract documents
+ Strong understanding of soil composition and amendments for optimal plant growth
+ Experience with irrigation systems and installation methods
+ Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication abilities
+ Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation and reporting
+ Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including the hot climate of Riyadh
+ Knowledge of local landscaping practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia (preferred)
+ Familiarity with sustainable landscaping techniques and water conservation practices (preferred)
