HDR is seeking talented, design-oriented candidates with zero to five years of professional experience in landscape architecture to join our team

In the role of Landscape Design Coordinator, we'll count on you to:Work under the direction of registered Landscape Architect to assist in development of site design projects, from concept design to construction documentationUnderstand that assignments have specified objectives and require investigation of many variables, including site analysis, building operation, vehicular and pedestrian traffic, site grading and storm drainageConduct site visits and analysis, and assist the project Landscape Architect with illustration of design using combination of hand-drawn and computer-rendered graphicsProvide AutoCAD production support during concept and schematic design, design development, and construction document phasesPerform other duties as needed

The ideal candidate has:

Technical understanding or landscape architecture site development elements

Additional experience with the following is desirable:

AutoCAD 2018 Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)Microsoft Office3D modeling in Rhino / Sketch UpRevitPreparation of construction drawings and documentsLumion / EnscapeArcMap/ArcGISBluebeam REvuHand sketching

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering AutoCAD, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience Photoshop a plus Ability to prepare site plans and understand the principles of grading and drainage Strong oral and written communication skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
