Hardscape (walls, patios, steps), carpentry (pergolas, decks, fences), soil health, plant care, drainage, irrigation and lighting. + Must be able to manage two or more projects at a time. + Must have previous estimating experience in landscape construction. + Preferred permaculture background or knowledge of ecological/sustainable landscaping. + Must be able to interpret design and layout in the field for the foreman. + Must be responsible for Safety meetings and OSHA compliance. + Facilitating regular weekly meetings with clients and owner + Must be in regular communication with clients, including getting their approval with all change orders prior to commencing work. + Has previous experience programming irrigation controllers. + Demonstrates reliable teamwork and leadership skills. + Cares to share their knowledge and can teach their skills to the team. + Demonstrated ability to complete jobs within their given time allotment while staying organized. + Ability to respond to common inquiries, requests, or issues from customers. + Ability to effectively communicate, in English, both verbally and in writing.
