What You'll Do:

As our Landscape Branch Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our Greensboro operations, responsible for:

Your strategic vision will directly impact our bottom line. Market Expansion & Business Development: Unleash your inner sales guru! What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a leader who can hit the ground running, bringing:

Proven Leadership: A minimum of 6 years of full-time business experience, with at least 2 years in a full-time business management role within the commercial landscape industry. You have a track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex operations. Financial Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, including a keen understanding of revenue generation, cost control, and SG&A oversight. Sales & Growth Mindset: A proven track record of sales achievement and a passion for driving business growth. Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build rapport with clients, motivate your team, and effectively convey your vision. Education & Certification: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but we highly value equivalent experience (6+ years in landscape maintenance). A valid Driver's License is required.
