Job Description

As a member of our Landscape Architecture department, the successful candidate will work collaboratively in an interactive studio environment throughout all phases of multiple projects. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in our fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused practice.

ResponsibilitiesManage projects, including coordination with clients, design teams, permitting jurisdictions, and contractors.Engage in design phases such as schematic design, design development, and construction-level design.Prepare construction plans, including planting and hardscape plans and details.Develop specifications, reports, studies, cost estimates, and permit applications.Essential SkillsProficiency in landscape design and landscape architecture.Proficient with AutoCAD/Civil 3D software.5+ years of experience in landscape design.Experience with planning, design, and construction plans.Registered Landscape Architect.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited university or college.Experience with planning and design of communities, parks, streetscapes, and other similar project types.Registration as a Landscape Architect.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to lead presentations in both public and private settings.Experience with leading projects through design review, entitlement, or other similar public approval processes.Demonstrated experience with industry software applications including Adobe Design Suite, Sketch-up, Lumion, and Microsoft Office programs.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.Flexibility to travel as required by project deadlines.Work Environment

This is an in-office position located in Savannah, GA. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
