**Landfill Tipper Operator & Laborer** **Rogue Waste Systems — Dry Creek Landfill** **Location:** 6260 Dry Creek Rd., Eagle Point, OR . **Work Schedule:** Landfill operating hours are **Monday - Saturday** . **6:30 AM. - 6:00 P.M.** Shifts are 8-10hrs/day depending upon service demand. Additional work on other days may be required as needed. Ability to carry out oral and written instructions and read equipment instruction manuals in English. + Comfortable using smart phone and tablet technology to record daily activities and communicate with team. + At least 2 years of work experience. Preferably in a labor type position. + Follow all required safety policies and procedures. Ability to work safely alone and with others. + Works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness. Demonstrates good decision-making skills. + Developing time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner. + Ability to work at a fast pace, responding to multiple tasks at the same time. + The ability to continually lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout an 8-10 hr. shift. + Experience operating equipment or mechanical ability is a plus . **WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:** + Work involves constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, bio hazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises + Extensive physical activity.
