Hourly Wage: $17.00 – $17.50 (based on experience)Payday: Every week — no waiting aroundOvertime: Time-and-a-half for anything over 40 hours/week

What You'll Do:

We're hiring a reliable and hardworking Landfill Laborer to support daily operations at our White Oak Landfill in Monroe. This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll play a key part in keeping the facility safe, clean, and running efficiently.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Weed-eating and general site maintenancePressure washing equipment and work areasAssisting with scale operations and helping load/unload trucksPerforming cleanup tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor

What You'll Need:

Willingness to work in all weather conditionsAbility to lift 50+ lbs. throughout a 10+ hour shift, move and perform physical labor dailyA safety-first mindset and team player attitude
