This position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in a growing field.** **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 40–50 hours per week with occasional Saturdays **Pay:** $21–$25 DOE **Responsibilities Include:** + Perform routine system inspections and repairs on the landfill + Work with Lead Landfill Gas Technician to ensure compliance + Maintain relationships with landfill employees, consultants, and vendors + Use gas analyzer to monitor gas wells and probes + Perform maintenance on pneumatic pumps, including removal, inspection, and repairs + Monitor liquid levels in gas wells + HDPE pipe fusion **Position Requirements:** + Ability to follow established procedures with minimal supervision + Coachable and able to learn safe landfill navigation + Willingness to work outdoors for most of the day + Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic + Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks + Provide on-call response to gas collection system + Experience with hand and power tools + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs + Ability to collect, interpret, and draw conclusions from data + **Veterans encouraged to apply** **Ideal Candidates Will Possess:** + Experience with leachate collection systems Successful candidates will enjoy field service work in an environment built on operational excellence and accountability.
