Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our projects by conducting accurate measurements, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports to support our construction and development initiatives.

Perform land surveys using various surveying equipment and techniquesEstablish primary horizontal and vertical control points and reference tiesDevelop new data from photogrammetric recordsVerify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculationsPrepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveysCalculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other terrain characteristicsCoordinate with contractors and team members on work priorities and schedulesPerform regular checks of contractors' setting out to verify proper execution and accuracyMaintain surveying equipment and perform frequent calibration checksApply and implement all safety and quality control procedures on-siteMonitor health and safety of construction works and report any violationsKeep accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performedCoordinate findings with engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and other project stakeholders

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related fieldProfessional surveyor license or certificationProven experience in land surveying, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiencyProficiency in using modern surveying equipment, GPS, and GIS systemsExpert knowledge of surveying software and data processing techniquesStrong mathematical and analytical skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, maps, and specificationsUnderstanding of local land laws and regulations in the UAEKnowledge of construction and engineering principlesAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamProficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Additional InformationMiddle East or UAE / Dubai experience preferredRTA pre-approved.
