Job Description Insight Global is seeking a civil engineering Land Surveyor for a well-established engineering consultant firm located in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and be familiar with regulatory requirements and comfortable delivering high quality work in a remote environment. This role is fully remote and candidates can sit anywhere BUT the preference is in or near San Diego. Daily responsibilities include: • Perform topographic, boundary, and construction surveys for civil engineering projects. • Prepare and interpret survey drawings, legal descriptions, and plats. • Collaborate with civil engineers to provide accurate data for site design and layout. • Analyze survey data and produce reports, maps, and documentation using AutoCAD and GIS software. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations • Maintain accurate records of survey data and project documentation.
