At JLL Infrastructure Advisory, we're transforming how land is secured for Australia's most significant infrastructure projects. We're seeking an experienced Land Delivery & Approvals Manager to join our growing team in Perth and lead strategic land access solutions that balance client objectives with respectful community engagement.

Your Impact.

As our Land Delivery & Approvals Manager, you'll become an integral part of infrastructure project teams across Western Australia, providing expert guidance on land access, acquisition strategies, and risk management. Your work will directly influence project timelines, budgets, and community outcomes on transformative infrastructure developments.

What You'll Do.

Strategic Land Delivery

Conduct comprehensive due diligence and red-flag assessments to identify land tenure risks, issues and opportunities

Develop sophisticated land access and acquisition strategies that balance commercial objectives with ethical engagement

Create detailed implementation plans that deliver land access within project timeframes

Integrate seamlessly with client project teams as a trusted advisor driving land delivery outcomes

Lead sensitive negotiations with landholders, focusing on respectful and professional engagement

Provide regular progress reporting, highlighting potential risks to scope, budget or schedule

Champion innovative approaches and knowledge sharing to advance industry best practice

Business Growth

Build and nurture professional relationships with infrastructure clients across Western Australia

Develop compelling proposals and participate in tender processes for new projects

Represent JLL at industry conferences and networking events to expand our market presence

Team Leadership

Manage and develop team members with clear direction and performance support

Ensure adherence to JLL health and safety standards across all operations

Oversee contract management, quality assurance, and financial controls

Participate in strategic planning with the broader JLL Infrastructure Advisory leadership team

What You'll Bring.

Tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline

Demonstrated expertise in land access and acquisition for infrastructure projects with a preference for exposure to renewables (generation, hydrogen), electricity transmission and other energy and resource projects

Experience in land approvals, heritage approvals and regulatory approvals

Strong understanding of Western Australia land tenure and registration systems

Exceptional negotiation skills

Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships

Proven ability to develop strategic approaches to land access challenges

Commercial acumen with budget management experience

Leadership capabilities with a focus on team development

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Current drivers licence and fully maintained vehicle
