As a LAIRCM Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 employees in the maintenance and modification of aircraft systems on the KC-130J. Your job will involve coordinating with military maintenance & flight crews, reviewing technical data, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You and your team will typically work at the subcontractor s facility, and you will communicate and work with subcontractor personnel regularly. Responsibilities:
+ Functions as a working Supervisor on the LAIRCM Program for 3-4 employees
+ Leads Maintenance Team with induction, preservation, testing and maintenance of Aircraft pre- and post-Mod
+ General Aircraft Maintenance of KC-130J
+ Inspection and tracking of GFE/GFP
+ Coordinates with Military Maintenance & Flight Crews prior to Aircraft delivery and pick-up, during pre-FCF Maintenance onsite, and post-FCF for Sell-off
+ Report status to PM, as well as timely notification of any issues as they arise
+ Reviews Tech Data and other Pubs for technical data and maintenance planning
+ Over and Above documentation initiation and review
+ Coordinates O&A completion, and works with QA for finalizing
+ Detailed record keeping of maintenance performed
+ Initiate Squawks for Aircraft as necessary
+ Assign personnel to complete maintenance tasks and activities
+ Works directly with Subcontractor to facilitate Mod completion, and assist as required
+ FOD Control as required
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (HS 8)
+ Prior Aircraft Maintenance Training
+ Prior Supervisory Experience
+ Experience with MS Office Suite
+ Must possess Secret security clearance
+ Ability to use basic hand tools
+ O-level troubleshooting experience on military aircraft systems
+ Flightline use of support equipment
+ Formally trained in the maintenance and troubleshooting of aircraft systems
+ Basic working knowledge of all aircraft systems related to the type of aircraft qualified on
+ Working knowledge of Technical Orders and Manuals
+ Computer/Typing skills and experience with MS Office Applications
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Prior Military Aircraft Maintenance Experience/Training Prefer experience on the KC/C-130 airframe
+ Certified 5-Level or Equivalent
+ Experience with Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) publications
+ Experience with Portable Maintenance Aids
+ Test & Evaluation experience
+ Recent Hands-On experience\#LI-TO1\#LM01
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $77814 - $132283
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
