What You'll Do
1. External and Client Marketing
Build mini go-to-market plans for priority accounts (Account-Based Marketing) to support local business development and client growthShape and drive mini campaigns (insight notes, partner emails, targeted LinkedIn activity) tied to ABM and practice area prioritiesDevelop best-in-class client communications, presentations, and outreach materialsConduct market and competitive analysis, tracking ROI and performance of campaigns Drive brand coherence across client materials, social media, and public communications2. Thought Leadership and Content
Coordinate quarterly content sprints with Partners and PLs to generate impactful, locally relevant insight piecesSupport executive positioning for senior leaders – ghostwriting, media placement, speaking engagements, and digital amplificationManage content production across channels, ensuring tone, visuals, and storytelling align with BCG’s brand3. Events and Communities
Lead concepting and execution of high-impact client roundtables, and flagship events in LagosPartner with leadership to curate themes, manage outreach, and coordinate delivery and follow-upSupport alumni engagement and thought leadership-driven community building4. Media and Influence
Build and sustain strong relationships with Nigeria’s top-tier media and creator community.Drive earned and paid media ROI, securing high-value exposure for BCG’s leaders and insights.Oversee crisis communication readiness in coordination with regional and global teams.5. Measurement and Operations
Track and analyze marketing performance to inform ongoing strategy.Manage CRM data hygiene, campaign reporting, and vendor relationships.Ensure budget discipline and marketing operations excellence.What You'll Bring
Minimum 4 years’ experience in B2B/professional services marketing (consulting, banking, Big Tech, PE, or leading PR/brand agencies). Strong writing, strategy, and production skillsDeep fluency with Nigeria’s business, media, and digital ecosystem.Hands-on familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems, and creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc).Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.Who You'll Work With
Reporting to the Africa Director of Marketing and Communications and partnering with the Nigeria Office Leadership Team, the Coordinator will define and executive focused, high-impact marketing strategies that combine BCG’s global excellence with local relevance.
