DescriptionThe Lady in Red is an iconic symbol of Kempinski and is in essence the Residence Ambassador (or First Lady). As an extended arm of the Residence Manager she welcomes, meets and farewells residents and guests and is responsible for the communication with all residents and guests providing highest quality service standards. The Lady in Red is empowered to take immediate decisions in respect to residents and guest well-being.

Key ResponsibilitiesUnder the guidance of the Operations Manager assess, evaluates and ensures that long-term and short-term of the goals residence are met.  \nSupports and assists the front desk and concierge in the residence to ensure a smooth, prompt and effective service to all residents & guests. \nSubstitutes the Front Office Duty Manager in their absence\nHandles all residents & guests’ comments & complaints, as well as following up on resolving those.\nEnsures that as per Kempinski Health & Safety Policy the Fire Exits are free of obstacles.\nSupports and assists all departments.\nEnsures that all residents & guests receives prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition and resolves related problems.\nInform and co-ordinate with other operating departments matters which may concern them.\nCheck all correspondence of the day’s arrivals to familiarize with arrived and arriving residents & guests and their needs, follows up as required.\nMaintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, uniforms, hygiene, appearance and posture for all departmental employees.\nEnsures that all residence information is kept accurately and up to date.\nPromotes in house sales and facilities to maximize residence revenues.\nUnderstands and carries out duties in line with Residence Emergency Procedures.\nInspects Front and Back of house for cleanliness, Health & Safety and reports any faults to concerned departments.\nInspects outside areas on a daily basis.\nCo-ordinates/assists security personnel in all related matters.\nResponds promptly to any operational requests from residence sections.\nAttends to referred and unsolved problematic situations.\nConduct efficient hand-over with coming team member.\nAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the residence.\n

Key Responsibilities \nEligible for a working permit in country of hire \nHigher College and or Hotel Management \nMinimum 2 years Front Office supervisory position \nPreferably within a 5-star property or residences  \nProven track record with good progression.\nMature & Customer focused.\nAbility to work and communicate in a multinational environment\nFluent in English & Russian (verbally and written)\nAny additional language is a plus
