Located in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens, FL, BallenIsles Country Club is seeking a dedicated Ladies Locker Room & Laundry Attendant to provide outstanding service to our private club members.

Essential Duties: Performs all facets of shoe care, including by not limited to cleaning, buffing, polishing, edging, and storage of member and guest shoes. Performs individual and complete spike replacement services for members and guests. Cleans and maintains public and private locker spaces. Qualifies guests for daily golf or spa locker assignments and records pertinent information such as name, date and locker number on designated tracking form. Escort guests to predetermined locker space. Provides necessary linen and/or attire when appropriate. Maintains acceptable levels of locker room supplies and accessories. Operates equipment necessary to sort, weigh, wash, dry, iron, fold and prepare for pickup all linen and laundry items. Logs information for record keeping including but not limited to: count of items and pounds of linen. Sorts, weighs, washes, dries, irons, and folds items such as table linens, napkins, and towels. Regular and reliable attendance.  Performs other duties as required. Other Duties: Other duties include but are not limited to various clerical and administrative tasks and custodial duties to maintain locker room.  Applicants must be able to work on holidays and a flexible work schedule in including Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Education/ Experience: Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Demands: Frequently stands and walks; uses hands; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches, sits, talks or hears. Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds. Environment/Noise: Frequently works in wet and humid conditions (non-weather) and near moving mechanical parts. Regularly works in extreme heat (non-weather).  Noise level is moderate. Job Knowledge, Skills, and Ability preferences: Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
