We’re launching a brand-new Lacrosse Program for Summer 2026 and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced leader to bring it to life!

Position Overview The Lacrosse Director will design and lead a new lacrosse program for campers ages 7–15. This is an exciting opportunity to build a program from the ground up, creating the curriculum, leading practices, and mentoring a team of college-aged counselors who will assist in instruction.

The ideal candidate loves working with kids, thrives in a community environment, and is passionate about growing the game of lacrosse in a fun and positive way.

Qualifications Strong background in lacrosse (playing and/or coaching experience required). Experience working with children in a camp, recreation, or school setting. Leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a small team. Energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic attitude.
